Our Story
Boneti started with a simple observation: Zurich homes and offices deserve a cleaning company that feels like a personal point of contact, not an interchangeable call center. Since founding in October 2025 in Oerlikon, Boneti has cleaned apartments, houses, and offices across eight Zurich districts and the surrounding region, from Altbau flats with parquet to Neubau units with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Instead of rotating staff and surprise final invoices, Boneti works with one fixed point of contact, written quotes before the job starts, and professional TASKI equipment. The goal is simple: a cleaning company you can hand your keys to without a second thought.
Why We Started Boneti
Before starting Boneti, Boris worked for a local cleaning company and saw the system up close, and it was broken. Customers paid by the hour, which meant nobody had any real incentive to finish quickly or do the best possible job. If anything, the incentive ran the other way: slower work meant a bigger bill.
Boris wanted something different. A flat price for the job, agreed upfront, so speed and quality work in the customer's favor instead of against it. A final inspection at the end of every job, not just a hope that it went well. And a system where the best people get rewarded for being the best, not for clocking more hours.
